I completed my first 365 project of a photo a day for 2011, and I’m ready to do it again this year. Since 2012 is a leap year it is a 366 project! This year each month will have a different theme. Thank you for coming along this year-long project with me.

I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a stay-at-home mom with a stay-at-home child. I am fond of the beach and the mountains. I prefer sunshine over rain. I love old books and furniture. I like to cook with fresh herbs from my garden. I keep bees. I homeschool my child. My husband is a city boy who splits firewood and uses his John Deere to do work around our property. Family is important to me. Photography has always been an interest of mine ever since I was young. But with the birth of my daughter I began taking a lot of photos every day. Almost daily since the day she was born, I take at least one photo of her. Six years later and I am still taking a photo (or two or 10) of her every day!
